Landscape Design

We connect and schedule a time for an initial consultation! We walk through your space together and you tell us about your hopes and dreams. We ask lots of questions and take lots of notes, then head back to our studio to put together a proposal for you.

We send over the proposal which is broken down by phase, and you review the details. Once the initial deposit is paid, we arrange to measure the site or work off a survey. A survey with topographic details is preferred.  

Our team works on the details and starts designing to make the magic happen!! We lay out structural elements and pathways, designing custom features; then move through the selection of appropriate plants and materials. We select patio surfacing, rock and lighting. Design plans and presentations are prepared to show you how everything will look upon plant maturation. 

We meet to review all the details with you and chat through any questions and needed revisions. 

 Once revisions are made, we document all selections and make final tweaks. Technical drawings are drafted to send to contractors, tradespeople and artisans for bids. 

After selecting contractors, we check in on the project regularly and come on site as needed to ensure that everything is going smoothly. We answer questions.

Meanwhile we also manage the production and procurement of outdoor furniture, fixtures, soft coverings, and art. We track timelines and work to coordinate arrivals with the completion of the project.

Once the project construction is complete, we coordinate the delivery and installation of all the final goods. We place furniture and art...then voila, your basking in your outdoor glory!
